This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave this Doubleweave Checkerboard & Game Bag that was designed by Jennifer Moore for Handwoven March/April 2010.

Weave this easy-to-pack game board and reversible bag to take on your travels. It's not only fun to weave, but you will also have hours of fun playing checkers!

Weave structure: doubleweave

Yarns: 5/2 Perle Cottons in black and red

Equipment: 8 shaft loom; 15" weaving width; 8 dent reed; 2 shuttles

Instructions needed: 

Finished size: one game board and 14" x 14" and two game bags 4 5/8 x 5 3/4 each.
